We are presenting a unique project in a sought-after location of Prague 5

The Skalka project is unique primarily because of its location in the green oasis of a nature park, yet in the heart of the city. Thanks to its elevated position, it is also isolated from the surrounding bustle and offers beautiful views. However, already in the 17th century, Dorota Skálová chose the place for her magnificent vineyard estate.

The availability of Anděl town center within 10 minutes, a large garden on the border of the nature park, trouble-free parking, and, above all, high-quality modern apartments in an above-standard design indicate that this is one of the best residential projects on the market.

Project goal

Adequate to the exceptional location is also the project itself, which includes the construction of two new buildings and the sensitive reconstruction of the original baroque homestead.

The individual buildings are connected by generous underground garages, which will offer enough parking spaces and residents will never be bothered by overcrowded parking lots. The garages will also not create a visual distraction because they are completely below the ground level with a green roof and a park setting.

The project combines apartments with different layouts, from 1-bedroom flats to truly exclusive units in an above-standard design.
